Before using the platform, managing our client communication and follow-ups was more time-consuming and less streamlined. The white-label portal has made the process much easier and gives us a professional platform under our own brand. The support has been excellent throughout the setup. The team has been responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve questions, which has made the deployment process much smoother. The only thing that took a little time to get used to was understanding all the platform features and customization options, but the support team made that process easy.
